When i create symaccount, do my contact information (like e-mail) must be the same as specified in contract (or alsewere) ?

No, it is not required to be the same.
Any personal e-mail address can be used to create a sym account.

Yes not MUST...
If required, later on you can change the email address by sending a message to any of the admins.

So any person in company may open requests and they will be processed by Symantec support team ?

Not very sure but i think atleast one of the below three details is must for opening a case with symantec support.
Customer Number / Serail Number / Sales Order Number
