unable to browse doamin

i have a backup exec server which is a stand alone server. i am unable to browse the domain. I can backup data from my exchange server by simply typing in the path of the files, however i cannot browse to it to select storage groups. i have added another server from that domain and am able to browse but for some reason this server i am unable to do so. i am sure i have the right credentials to access my domain. i am stuck and need to figure this out. I had all ports open and still am unable to browse to the server

Have you checked to ensure you don't have any DNS errors in your domain, or on that server?

Are you browsing the domain with the other server through windows explorer or through BE? I'm not sure if this article would help but it has to do with FQDNs and browsing the domain.
