unable to install BE 2012 client on windows 7

When trying to install BE 2012 client on a Windows 7 dekstop, i am getting the following error: 

Job started     : Wednesday, July 22, 2015 10:53:49 AM
Job ended       : Wednesday, July 22, 2015 11:53:53 AM
Completed status: Canceled
The job was canceled because the response to a media request alert was Cancel, or because the alert was configured to automatically respond with Cancel, or because the Backup Exec Job Engine service was stopped.

Please suggest.

Hi,  If this is concerning the backup job,  is it running to tape or disk?  Check to make sure enough space is available. If the job is spanning tapes it maybe timing out waiting for another tape. you can configure the alert in Configuration and Setting - Alerts and Notifications and select Alert Categories
