upgrade agent 12.0 to 12.5

Hello all,

 I need to upgrade an agent that is currently on 12.0. i need to upgrade it to 12.5. am i suppose to uninstall 12.0? this is a production web server so i am trying to avoid down time.

You dont need to uninstall the remote agent. go ahead and install 12.5 on it, that should be ugpraded. Also, reboot won't be necessary for upgrade, unless you are using Advanced Open File Option.
