upgrade from BE V8.6 to BE V11d, how to and how much?

Hello All,

Sorry for the post if I put it on the wrong place, Our company purchased the back exec for windows and nt server Version 8.6, now we might need to upgrade it to version 11d, but we can't find any upgrade information for back exec from the website. Can you help me? If upgrade is not allowed, can I have a dicsount for back exec version 11d, and what is the discount?

You will have to do a multi step upgrade since you cannot go directly from 8.6 to 11d.  I do not believe you are charged for the multi step, just the cost of 11d, it is just going to be a step in the process of purchasing and upgrading to 11d itself.  Sales will be able to provide you the information you need.
