trying to find any documents that outline a process to follow when upgrading from version 9.0 to 10d.

cannot find any, anyone aware of such a document.

Hello Leonard!

You will just have to run the installation of 10d on your 9.0 installation to upgrade it.

To be on the safer side you could think about making a copy of your data and catalog folder of backup exec.
