username credentials for netware agent on symantec backup exec

Hi all,

I got the username credentials issue when I try to install the netware agent to Novell server on symantec backup exec 12.5, although I type the username like this format: .<username>.<context>, the username full context I type (.backup.SCSG.Services.SG.apac.lionlogin.net) as same the image I attach. But it got the error " the specify network password is incorrect", I ensure I type the password many times and correctly.

So any advice?

Is the BKUPEXEC folder create in SYS folder? because I see the path is SYS:BKUPEXEC.

But I cannot create folder on File System --> sys folder, because it say no space, although I can create the new folder on other places.

Hi,

If I follow the first link, I click Add Remote Computer, the error as image 1. If I click Add Remote Computer, type username and password like this:

               Username: backup

                Password: Backup123

, it say the specified network password not correct.
