Hi,
We are facing "version compatibility check failed dlo" error in windows 7 client machine. But, It was working before some few days. we are getting this from the last week only. We are also being prompted to enter a new Recovery password every time we log into DLO Console. Please help in this regards.

Had seen such issue in the past but the fix was to unisntall and reinstall dlo . i would suggest you to contact support as its some issue with the database .
Probaly restoing the Dlo database from a old back might help .
