hi,

can now backup using a snapserver as my storage device but cannot view the logs.

i get the prompt:
You do not have permission to read the contents of the log folder
'\\Snap200445\dmtest\.dlo\PCOLPTP\.logs'

i was able to read them in backup exec 9.1, whats changed now?

Hello,

Kindly perform the following steps:

1. Ensure that the BE username using which the service is set to start is a part of the "Domain Admins" group.

2. Stop the DLO SQL service. Open it's properties and re-enter the credentials for this user. Start the service and then open Backup Exec DLO console

Change the DLO admin service, to run under local system account and see if you are still getting the same message.

Incase the issue persists, please perform repair installation of the DLO console and then check the results.

Thank You,

Shweta
