where can i find this file?

I try to find this file 51SSETUP1.ITA in setup cd-rom but i have find only 51ssetup1.enu and 51ssetup1.deu while for italina versione there is only this file 51ssetup.ita. My windows 2003 server is SR2 so i think that 51ssetup.ita is not right. Where can i download instead 51SSETUP1.ITA file or 51ssetup.ita can be right?

I find this file in my PC.
BE 10.1(d) 5629.
I patch it with the newest sevice pack 2 and install the latest BackupExecTapeDeviceDriverInstall20061015_285593
