Patching init.cssd

If I am running Oracle 10gR1 (10.1.0.4) with SFAC 4.1MP1 on a Solaris 10 platform, do I still need to patch the init.cssd.

(i.e. patch init.cssd < /opt/VRTSvcs/rac/patch/init.cssd.patch)
