DLO Recover

Hi,

 

I have a user that was deleted from the Active Directory, long time ago. this user still have the backup DLO folder in the server, and now, I would like to recover a few files. My problem is that if I try to copy a file from the backup folder and open it,it is corrupted... even TXT files. So I presume I need to recover it from the symantec software, probably the files are encrypted...

 

But, when I navigate to the user computer I have no data available, and there is lots of data in the DLO folder for this user :

That DLOCommand looks like it might do it for you. The TN below should add more information in terms of syntac to the above link:

thank you so much... the second post did the trick.... Recover the user data with the emergency recover password. :)
