Hi!
Our DLO backup have stopped efter upgrade to version 7.0.
The two "Symantec DLO" services are started.
Any idea where I can start investigate this error?

Yes, after upgrade, the DLO agents on client computers was not upgraded.

What do you mean by 'stopped' ? What status does the client show? Are the clients / users enabled in the admin console?

No backups have been done since upgrade.
Clients say "working offline" and "Pending network"
yes, I can se them.

Check the client logs to see what that reports -
Also check the connection policies - do you have any set? Are any of them set to disable the network backup?
Did anything else change, server names, storage location etc. during the upgrade?

Try try to disable and enable the Clients again from Server.

Please Help I have Installed the DLO client, version 346B06A, on the User,s Laptop. the Icon is in the system tray,but when I right click and select open Desktop Agent it fails to Maxiumise.
This is a windows 7 OS 64Bit, I have changed it to run in Win7 compatiblity.

What is the DLO client version 7.0, and is it the same version as the server ?
You can try to push the installation from DLO server directly on the PC using Tools/Install Agents...

I have problem upgrading clients, about 99% of all computers cannot be upgraded remotely från Tools->Install Agents:
Install log:
