Does Symantec DLO support MAC Clients. If yes, from what version, we are currently using DLO 7.0

DLO 7.0 does not support Apple Mac clients...see the support matrix below:

No, nothing on the DLO 7.5 Compatibility Matrix for Mac. Symantec won't publish any sort of support matrix, but you can add this in as an Idea on the link below:
