Hi,

A customer present an error in SDLO 7 with one user that try to archive a pst file, the error show:

Error to archive the file C:\Documents and Settings\abarrionew\Configuracion Local\Datos de Programa\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst (0)

Sorry if this is not the same message but I try to translate it. It is in spanish.

When I click on the link, the Symantec Page say that there aren't suggestions. The code error is:

V-138-52224-10060

I search for this code but nothing I found.

Any know what this means?

Hi

Indeed it is the new error code with no knowledge base article for same ,I would request you to debug during the PST backup and check for what you see in debug you would get something in it

Please use the below link to enable debug on DLO server and the client were PST backup is taken

Please note to enable verbose logging please use 0xEFFFFFFF All F instead of E 0xFFFFFFFF
