Need Suggestions on DLO

Hi All, We are running DLO 7.5 SPL on w2k3 Machine, and we are having some PC which are behind the firewall, is it possible to Backup those PC's using DLO ? if yes what ports needs to be open for the same ? could any one suggest me on this?

Hello All ,

i am running symantec dlo for a couple of days and i have been facing a specific challenge 

with this error message 

attempt to connect to server (server name ) failed with the following error :Access denied 

i need urgent help thanks

Hi Kingsley Okoye,

1. Check whether the user who is initiating the push is local administrator on the Agent machines.
2. If it is firewall environment make sure you enable the required ports, which is mentioned in the DLO Administrator guide section "Symantec DLO Firewall Ports"
