V-138-32772-3631 Error code shown with SDLO 7 Agent

I just migrate my BE2010 DLO to SDLO 7 (from an old server to an new server with new computer name).

Here is what i did in my migration.

Copy DB from BE2010 to SDLO 7 refering to article TECH186484.

Then create a new storage location in SDLO 7.

in SDLO 7, move Network User Data Folder of my backup to the new storage location.

push the new agent to my local PC and restart.

When i start the agent, the Error V-138-32772-3631 appears but i can find nothing from web.

Please help.

Make sure on the client machine below registry settings are pointing to the new server.

HKLM\Software\Symantec\Symantec DLO\Client->DefaultMediaServer(Should be new server name)

HKLM\Software\Symantec\Symantec DLO\DB->DbInstance
HKLM\Software\Symantec\Symantec DLO\DB->DbServer
HKLM\Software\Symantec\Symantec DLO\DB->DBname

HKLM\Software\Symantec\Symantec DLO\Client\UserShare->Make sure it is pointing new storage location.

i cannot find Symantec DLO under "Symantec"...

Please help.

my PC is installed with BE2010 DLO Agent and i just upgrade the Agent from Server "Insatll Agent to remote machine".

Is that push install "Insatll Agent to remote machine" of agent from the Server side is  sucessfull?

Yes, the install is successful.

I finally called support and they suggested me to upgrade my old BE server and move the DB to the new server.

i am trying and will let you know.

That really works.

i need to upgrade the old BE2010 to SDLO7 first and copy the Data folder to the new server.

everything seems working fine.

What about Host Name of Both Servers, Host names are same or difference.
