DA 904
We have an internal DA user who is unable to "mark all items where Recipient name = <whomever>". The option is grayed out, where other recipients are able to all be marked. I'm stumped!
Thank you for any assistance.

Tagged or Marked?
When you mark an item you are marking it a specific status such as Reviewed, Questioned, etc...
Tags work a little different. From the doc:
"Tags differ from marks in that reviewers can assign multiple tags to an item, but they can assign one mark only. In addition, a reviewer who assigns a mark to an item also assigns the associated status to it. This is not the case with tags, which do not have an associated status.:

Hmm, that does sound interesting.
Is it just this one recipient or is it others? Is the DA User the Case Owner or just a Reviewer?

Thanks, Tony.
Most of the recipients are grayed out, but not all. The paralegal performing the DA work is the case owner.

Is there a limit to how many times a single message can be tagged in DA?
