1920 error when installing FSA agent

Hi Everybody,

When trying to install the FSA Agent on a windows 2000 server we recieve a 1920 error:

ERROR 1920.SERVICE EVFILTER (EVFILTER) FAILED TO START. VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO START SYSTEM SERVICES.

When installing I'am logged in with administrative privileges.

Anybody now how to solve this?

do you have to complete rollup1 for 2k sp4 on the server?

yes we have installed the sp4 on the server.

EV 2007 base, or 2007 sp1?

The installed version is the default 7.5 RG1250 (Symantec Enterprise Vault - FSA Agent 7.5.0.1250)

No EV servicepacks are installed.

Has the Service Logon Account the "Log on as a Service" and "Act as part of the Operating System" Rights?
