Hello,

Using Enterprise Vault 11.0.1 on a VCS Cluster.

Looking to implement FSA in the environment. 

We are having Windows Server 2012 running on the File Server with FSA Agent installed configured for Cluster.

When trying to retrieve placeholders we are coming across this event and error.

Event ID: 20491: 'Account detail required, you must supply your account details'.

Followed 000010682 to disable the Basic Authentication on the Enterprise Vault Virtual Directory (as Digest Authentication is not present).

That does not seem to work as we are still getting errors.

Hi,

Is the EV server in the local intranet  zone on the file server?  

There should be an event on the file server Enterprise Vault Event Viewer log with a url listed for the item.  Are you able to take that url and put it into IE and recall the item?  This may show the request for authenticaion and which server it is coming from. The url will be in a similar format to the following:
