Hi,
We know that Acrobat X Protected Mode causes FSA Access Denied Error. However Customer is not willing to Disable protected mode for security reasons.
One alternative way to Protected Mode is to Whitelist ....but these are the properties that can be enabled in the custom whitelist. Anyone knows which property is causing the FSA PDF error?
Also do you know if the problem exists with Acrobat XI or not?
Many Thanks

What makes you think that?
I tested it...
Workarounds :
* Disable Protected Mode
* Use a UNC path rather than a mapped network drive
(both per: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH154478)

I worked on this sort of issue a while back, but no.. I don't remember (or know) which of those will allow recalls to happen properly.

Also do you know if the problem exists with Acrobat XI version 11.0.1 or not? I think we don't get Access denied error anymore with Acrobat XI, can anyone please confirm?
