Archive Explorer and archive opening failed

Hi everybody,

 

I'm experiencing an issue on an EV extension client.

 

When he tries to open certain archives, he receives this message "There was an error loading this item".

 

When using archive explorer he's receiving this message "The XML returned for this tree is not as expected. (500)" and an empty window is open without any archives.

 

Can i have some help please ? Thanks.

 

Edit : EV 7.0 SP1 with office 2003.

Have you tried deleting the Internet Explorer Cache?

The user has deleted the IE cache but it did not resolve the problem.

I'm sorry, I haven't got more ideas for this :(
I'd suggest you file a case with Symantec.

It's now ok.
 
There were hardware maintenance on server and the user seems not to have the problem anymore.
