Archive explorer is showing resource calendars in users' available archives on the left column. However, it is not the same resource calendar with everyone, some have varying ones even though the permissions are the same for every resource mailbox.
Also, in the permissions on the archives of the resource mailboxes it does not show any granted rights to these users. The mailbox permissions in exchange do not show any full access permissions either.
Is this is a known issue? Is there a best practice to keep users to only being able to see their archives and the ones they have access to in regards to the permissions in Enterprise Vault?
This all came about because a senior member of the department is worried about users having these additional resource mailbox archives showing up on their panel of available archives.
Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.

are you sure they haven't delegated access via Outlook?
Check C:\Program Files\EnterpriseVault\PermissionsBrowser.exe
Find the archive and then the calendar folder and see what permissions have been granted

That is an awesome tool! Yes, I see the delegation on the calendar. Thanks so much!
