Hi,
I've upgraded our EV 9 server to EV 10 by doing a new server build and using the Server Migration wizard.
Mostly it is working, I can retrieve archived mail and files, however there are one or two issues that have come to my attention.
For instance now when I go to the File Servers under the Targets option I keep getting the following error message
Enterprise Vault cannot access the FSA Reporting Web Service at '<http://<servername>.<diomain>/FSAReporting/FSAReporting.asmx.
Enterprise Vault may not display the correct FSA Reporting settings, and may not save FSA Reporting settings.
Is there an additional post upgrade config step that I've missed?
If I enter the url directly into Internet Explorer I get "The resource cannot be found." And in IIS Manager there is nothing referring to FSA.
Many Thanks in advance.

you have to install the new EV 10 reports. have you run through that as part of your upgrade?

Thanks for the reply, yes I've upgraded reports, but that was on the sql server box. This is trying to go to a url for the EV server, or rather an alias for the EV server.
Are there any instructions for upgrading the FSA side of reports for EV 10?

If you look at note,
Enterprise Vault cannot access the FSA Reporting Web Service at '<http://FSAReporting/FSAreporting.asmx>'
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH71159
It has the following entry
To correct this issue, the correct value needs to be added to the table.
This entry should be: http://"Hostname of Vault Server" as shown in the above example.
Should it be the hostname of the EV server or the hostname of the sql server where reporting services is running?
