We are using FSA with Enterprise 11.0.1 on a VCS Cluster.
At the moment for FSA we are creating Placeholders. We had certain issues with them which have been resolved.
The problem now is the DR drill. Customer is using Microsoft DFSR to replicate File Server data from Datacenter to DR environment. As is known that Microsoft does not support replication of reparse points and hence replication of our Placeholders is not possible. We are looking at going in for the alternative of Internet Shortcut Links.
The customer is not comfortable with the behaviour where in recalling of Shortcut Links does not save the file back on the File Server location.
We are looking for a way where in we can modify this behaviour. I am not confident of it as this seems to be an Internet Link behaviour in general.
Any kind of help in this matter will be really appreciated.
