Can't delete folder

EV 9.0.1

When trying to delete a folder from VV, user gets an error staing that "You cannot delete this folder because it exists in your mailbox."

I guess I just need an explanation of what's going on.

I'm interested in this because several people have reported it, but we're no closer to really reproducing the problem ...

Can you post a screenshot of the folder structures in Outlook and Virtual Vault, and give an indication of a sample folder you're trying to delete, along with a client trace?

   So far, it seems like this only happens when deleting from within .pst migrated folders.

Messages can be deleted but no folders..

Do your site settings, and retention category allow users to delete items?
