Can't manually archive tasks from Outlook

I have a problem with enterprise vault client 9 and 9 sp1 people can't manually archive their tasks. When I downgrade to the Enterprise vault  client 8 sp5 , manually archving tasks from Outlook works as designed.

what version is your EV server?

also, have you installed the http client over trhe full dcom client? there are some previous threads in the forum that cover the topic such as https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/zh-hans/forums/enterprise-vault-905134-client-outlook-2010-http-only-issue

the version of EV server is 9 sp1.

Do you have the same behaviour with English Outlook, and English Outlook Add-in ?  Just trying to picture/setup what you have in your attachment, and can't work it out properly, I'm afraid.

Yep, I see that it's Hebrew, but, I'd like to confirm in English, and that'll help with troubleshooting a fair amount.
