I have a problem with enterprise vault client 9 and 9 sp1 people can't manually archive their tasks. When I downgrade to the Enterprise vault client 8 sp5 , manually archving tasks from Outlook works as designed.

the version of EV server is 9 sp1.

Do you have the same behaviour with English Outlook, and English Outlook Add-in ? Just trying to picture/setup what you have in your attachment, and can't work it out properly, I'm afraid.

Yep, I see that it's Hebrew, but, I'd like to confirm in English, and that'll help with troubleshooting a fair amount.
