Hi
I have a shared mailbox, which is used by several people. The mailbox is enabled for archiving and archived automatically. All necessary people have full mailbox access to the shared mailbox and its archive as well.
I have noticed the people can't open archived item from the shared mailbox when it's opened as secondary mailbox in Outlook profile. It looks like Outlook even doesn't try to connect EV to get archived item. When shortcut is opened it shows standard bar

When I click "here" nothing happens. Absolutely nothing.
I checked EV client log but nothing was logged there (I compared records with opening item).
Funny thing is when I copy shortcut to the primary mailbox and try to open it opens without any problem.
