So, brand new to Evault. Have installed 10.0.3 with CU1 and configured, all is well. Create a provisioning group (with only myself in it as a pilot). Run the Exchange Provisioning Task with logging, and looks like it has provisioned properly (see below), however, when I go to "Enable Mailbox" (mine), it tells me "There are no new mailboxes that can be enabled on this server. Check that you have provisioned new users and that the provisiong task has been run"
Any ideas?
Mailboxes added: 1
Mailboxes updated: 0
Mailboxes relinked: 0
Mailboxes ignored because already processed: 0
Provisioning targets that returned no mailboxes: 0
Users without a mailbox: 0
New mailboxes ignored because of existing entries in the Enterprise Vault database: 0
Journal mailboxes found: 0
Users with mailboxes outside the current domain: 0
Users whose mailboxes were not synchronized: 0
Errors: 0

No, my mailbox does not show in enabled. I have only run the provisioning task, not the archiving task. When I go to teh Archiving Task, under "Targets" it is empty

Yes, "automatically enable archiving" is set on the Provisiong Group

If 'automatically enable archiving' is set on the provisioning group, then the archive will be created when the archiving task runs, on it's schedule -- I think. I can test in the morning.

You were exactly right - since I needed a seperate evault system mailbox on each mailbox server, I didn't give the 2nd evault system mailbox account the rights it needed on the Exchange server.
Thank you to everyone for their time and comments, I'm sure I'll be back often!
