We are using evault 9.0.2 for MS Exchange 2007. I have noticed an issue recently when users log in to Outlook web access (OWA), and access their archives they cannot access their attachments. They can read the message body, but cannot access the attachments. When they log onto the outlook client they can access the attachments fine in their archives.
Is there a reason why users cannot access their attachments in OWA, is it due to a policy which maybe restricting.

Could you enable logging in OWA?

When you say recently, does that mean it was working until recently? Has anything changed in your environment? such windows updates or exchange updates been applied etc.
Can you screenshot what the issue is so we can have a look?
