Cannot install forms, 'install' button is greyed out.

So we're assuming this is permissions related, but we checked from each of the two Exchange servers, the profile we're trying to upload the forms with has Owner, We've re-synced, waited hours, rebooted the two back-end servers, but no matter what when we get to the part where we want to install the forms the 'install' button is greyed out and we cannot proceed.

Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

Is this for EV 2007?

I would recommend the following:

Within the Exchange Mailbox policy, click the Advanced tab, choose Outlook from the dropdown, set Deploy Forms Locally to Always

That way you don't have to deal with Org Forms.  :)

Hi Nick

This is an Exchange/Outlook permission issue. You do not need to reboot the exchange servers! Check the permission again. And do you have the right folder selected in Outlook when trying to install the forms? (set button)

by the way: depending on your version you could use personal forms library and skip this step.

Hello,
it's important that you are the owner of the folder... in Exchange System Manager, don't just verify the Admin permissions, but the Client permissions on this folder.

Hope that helps, Jochen.
