It's a web page so 'technically' you can do whatever you want but it's not something you can do via Enterprise Vault itself. Obviously if you do customise the web page yourself you'd be technically unsupported and have to reapply the script changes you make after each update/upgrade.

As Mike said, yes you can do it. Customers have done so in the past. For support purposes, be sure to make a copy of the existing because if you have an issue that is what support will want to use to troubleshoot, not your customized page.
