Storage Crawler / Index Errors

Hi there,

are both errors connected together? In another forum article, I found the link to http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/288938.htm
In this article, there is only a reference to the second error ISN Out of Range.

I only have this error on one of four EV Exchange journal servers. Can this really ignored? Doesn't look too nice in the end...

Hi,

the two events are definitely related. Which version (and service pack level) of Enterprise Vault are you running?

Hi

As the article you mentioned explains, this is a bug/problem in Enterprise Vault which will be addressed by a Hotfix in the future.
Under "Supplemental Material", there is also your first event code (6796) listed.

I advice you to open a case with SYMC and to reference the article number "288938", you then might get the fix a little sooner... ;)

Cheers
Michel
