Disabled hyperlinks in archived email.

One of my users has notices that urls hyperlinks in his shortcuts are no longer hyperlinks. The url is there but it is no longer a hyperlink. Is this a setting in EVault? Using Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2003.

No, that isn't going to be a setting in EV.  I would think it could possibly your Anti-Virus or an Outlook\IE setting, like this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049

Can you compare a user it is working for and one it isn't?

Also, can the user it doesn't work for log into a working machine to see if the condition follows him?
