Double Click will not restore email

I'm running Enterprise Vault 6 w/SP 2. I enabled about 100 mail boxes to be archived. When my users click on a email to restore it, there is no enterprise vault icon, the email is blank and will not restore. They can use the Enterprise search button and that works. Can anybody help?

When you say icon do you mean the button on the toolbar or the icon beside the message?

If you mean the button on the toolbar, have you installed the EV client on the users computer?

If you mean the icon for the message, have you installed the custom forms into your Org Forms Library?

It was the forms. Thanks for your help
