EV 10 and Article: TECH47364

Is Tech Article 47364 still valid for EV 10? I have a customer with some shortcuts that are bad and would like to recreate them without restoring and re-vaulting them.

Here's the link to the article, it hasn't been updated since the release of 10.

you may also refer the following document http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH49033

The document which you are referring is still vaild but just make sure you read the Note at the end of the document

"This option is to be used only on existing shortcuts that need their content modified. In other words, if there is not a shortcut there to begin with, then this process will have NO effect"

Even though the technote hasn't been updated I would expect this to work.  Most likely the techs just haven't updated the version info yet.

I would recommend you give it a go.  :)

Thank you gentlemen. Yes, the shortcuts exist and I have used this method previously but not for EV 10 so I just wanted to verify since it wasn't in the Applicable Products.
