EV 10 upgrade from EV8 with hardware refresh

currently im planning to upgrade my customer EV8 SP4 to latest EV10 with hardware refreshment .

May i know what is the best approach to perform this procedures with minimum impact to production .

Updrade your EV8 to EV9 on your current EV server, make sure all are running OK after upgrade.

Then spec up your EV10 server then run the migration wizard to migrate to new hardware for EV10.
