EV 2007 issues

I upgraded the EV server from EV 7.0 SP1 to EV 2007 and added exchange 2007 to the list of exchange servers in EV. I moved all mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to exchange 2007. The upgrade procedure went very smooth except when users try to connect with the outlook 2007 through RPC over HTTP.
The old archived emails are pointing to the old OWA 2003 server; and when trying to open the hyperlink of the attachment in the outlook preview pane, it is directed to the old OWA 2003. Is there a way to change this links to point to the new CAS server?
The search icon is also pointing to the old OWA 2003.
I disabled the mailboxes and re-enabled them again in order to refresh the hidden message but in vain.
Any way out from this trap

I am a little confused when you say the attachments link and shortcuts are pointing to the "Old OWA 2003" server.  When an item is archived, the shortcut will always be linked back to the Vault server that managed the archived item.

Could you clarify please?
