EV 5.0 user extensions compatibility

I have found that version 5.0 user extensions can be used with EV 6.0, but haven't been able to determine if 5.0 user extensions can be used with newer versions of EV - 7.0 or 2007.  Can anyone answer this for me?

Hi ya,

EV 5 is EOL, so it might work but will not be supported.  The compatibility list has a section for the Add-in.  Looks like the EV 6 add-in works with EV 7 and EV 2007 server.  Obviously you don't get added client functionality until you go to the newer client.  :)
