Hello ..
Using EV for File Archiving ..
Have problems with Archive Explorer ..
Options are greyed out in menu!
Cannot delete or restore files!

1st thing to check is the permission on the archive..make sure you have proper permission . you can check this by going to the vault admin console - archives -file system archive -- properties of the archive .

In addition to permissions, make sure that you are not in read only mode on the vault stores

Hi ..
Do you mean that EV service account by default got no permissions to archives?
If not .. is there a way to apply rights to all archives easily?

EV have been running for a while and works fine for users with one exept for a failing Index ..
Where can I find read only mode setting?
