Does anyone have doubletake working with EV FIle Server Archiving? This is with EV2007 if that helps. I've seen some references to it working on this forum but there's not much detail.
I've installed the placeholder service on both the source and target doubletake replication file servers. DT isn't recalling files from the archive or anything like that but it doesn't seem to be replicating the placeholders correctly. For example when a new archive run is performed, the data on the doubletake replica server doesn't decrease along with the data on the source server.
Any ideas or do they just not work together? DT themselves say that official support is coming but that it isn't currently supported as EV uses 'hard links'.
