EV - Office Mail App - Dead Links for Attachements

Hello,

When you access Office Mail App, is it normal to have dead links to attachments for archived items?

Yes it is expected - what you are looking at is the EV shortcut.

The Mail App is not invoked until you hit "Enterprise Vault" on the activation bar. At that point you can use the button in the app to view the original item.
