we have 2 EV server on the Same site, we use follow script to set the backup mode

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\PowerShell.exe -psconsolefile "C:\Program Files (x86)\Enterprise Vault\evshell.psc1" set-vaultstorebackupmode -name 'ABC Vault Store Group' -evservername ServerName -evobjecttype 'vaultstoregroup'

However, this scirpt will change both server into backup mode,

Is it possible per server to set backup mode

Having single vault stores and indexes in backup mode could lead to inconsistent backups That being said I'm pretty sure you can target individual vault stores

The Vaultstores and EV servers will still be part of the same Directory and VSG and should both be in backup mode when SQL is being backed up to ensure your DB's are consistant.

Perhaps as well as indicating how many servers are in the size, we need some information relating to how the storage is configured - how the vault store group is configured - and how sharing is configured?
