EV icon in Outlook hidden when enabling RPC over HTTPS?

Hi,

We have installed EV 2007 (7.5.1) client onto Outlook 2003 SP3 with everything working well, discovered when I enable RPC over HTTPS, all EV options / icons went missing.  Disabling RPC over HTTPS option under connection, will bring all EV options / icons back.....

I need to have both EV client and RPC over HTTPS... is this possible or if anyone had this issue before with a solution would be of great help.

You can enable this on the policy:

go to Properties, Tab advanced, choose Outlook from the list settings -> "RPC over HTTP restrictions" set this to "None" to make the buttons appear
