EV vault 9.0 to 10.0

Hi guys,

i have completed in this moment the upgrade from ev 9.0 to 10.0 on a single server.

in the local computers we have outlook 2010 sp1 32bit and ev http plugin 9.0.1.1073 and all it's ok.

i have tried to upgrade the  http plugin in one computer with the last versione but when i install the http ev 10.0 plugin , and i load outlook, the plugin is not present and in the plugin list i don't see ev .

any help ?

Do you have a screenshot of the EV folder, and it's contents on the client machine?

Do you get any pop-up informing you the addin will be disabled?

Did you restart the client machine after the add-in upgrade?

i have tried to reinstall the plugin but without success.

the directory of Ev is not created . nothing is installed. ev 10.0 http plugin support outlook 2010 Sp1 ?

So you had 9.0.1 HTTP installed, and up ran the 10.0 HTTP MSI ?

Can you try :
