EV10 MMC keeps crashing when clicking on Vault Store FGroups > Store Groups > Mailbox

 Hi all,

I need to get an old EV box back up and working so we can migrate data out of it and everything appears to be working fine except when i go to Vault Store Groups > Harrogate Vault Store Group > Mailbox. MMC Crashes.

Just an update, I have tried running it as administrator (UAC) and still same. Just updated to Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 Cumulative Hotfix 2 (10.0.3.1188)

Also followed this to set some DCOM settings https://vox.veritas.com/t5/Enterprise-Vault/enterprise-vault-10-0-3-issues-related-to-DCOM/m-p/61704...

I am able to see the "File Store" and that there is 2 partitions in there.

Hi

Do you see any events in EV container of Event viewer when browsing “Vault Store Groups > Harrogate Vault Store Group > Mailbox”? This issue may come when you don’t access to either vault store partition of  vault store ‘Mailbox’ OR the associated vault store database isn’t accessible from machine.

We have seen performance issues in isolated environmental where internet access isn’t possible such as details given in TN   https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000102300

If you don’t get any clue then start dtrace on process ‘MMC’ & ‘DirectoryService’ to get more details of this issue.
