EV6 Echange 2000 Email Archiving but not being deleted from Outlook 2003

I have a new installation of EV6 on Windows 2003 archiving Exchange 2000 email.

When I enable a mailbox for archiving, the email is archived to the vault. In Outlook 2003, the archived email icon is changed to an envelope instead of the Vault icon. No email is being deleted from the mailbox. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Also, there are no offline vault settings in the Outlook>Tools>Enterprise Vault. How do I get this setting to appear?

It sounds like you don't have the Enterprise Vault exchange forms installed. Make sure you have the forms installed and check your safety copy settings under the properties of your vault store.

You have to be offline to see the offline settings.

Ok, stupid question, how do I install the Exchange forms?
