Hey all, Has anybody else noticed that the billing information on newly enabled accounts isn't getting auto-filled in? I wanted to double check with the world before I started escalating bugs. I've seen this at 2 clients now.
I got the same symptom with EV7 SP1. When enable the mailbox archiving, the billing info say "No Billing Account". I just follow the very standard procedure to enable the mailbox from the VAC.
Turns out it's a documented bug...so watch out ya'll. Here's the info I've gotten from my wise backchannel resources to date:
There seems to be a bug in EV 7.0 SP1 regarding setting a billing account.
If you automatically enable a mailbox the billing account information is not set If you manually enable a mailbox and leave the billing account set as the default which is �The mailbox�s primary account� , then billing account information will not be set
The only way the information seems to be set is if you manually enable a mailbox and browse to and select the account you want to bill usage to, then it will be set
The problem has been noted as a bug, and is being researched.
