EV80SP2 - Customer Filtering mail

Hello,

I'm trying to determine if we can use customer filtering on mailbox archiving. I believe it can be set.

I'm specifically looking to see if I can filter on the subject line.

Something like this:
if subject = line1 then archive with business retention
if subject is line2 then archive with private retention
if subject is line 3 then archive with indefinite retention
if subject is line 4 then do not archive

Anyone using this, what is your experience?

Thanks.

Gertjan

I don't believe that there are many organizations really using this...

Sorry

I have set this up a few times basing the filter on DL and also attachment type.  It can be a bit tricky to get it going but once you have a good example running it is easy to modify.
