FSA Report - completed with error

Where does FSA log the errors?  When I click on File Servers under Targets the right pane shows me that reporting is turned on for a file server and when the Reporting Scan started and ended and that it "completed with error".  I just need to know where to look for that error.  The Event View for EV has no entries for FSA Reporting and nothing around the time the Report Scan ran.

Are you looking in the EV App log?  What version of EV?

I am looking in Event Viewer -> Symantec Enterprise Vault. 

I have looked through that doc for known issue before coming here. 

This completed successfully last week, but now it completes with errors.
